Beacon Bay Marine was formed in 1988 as a successor corporation to Lake View Boathaulers. The corporation is owned by the Mills family, village residents since 1964. The Beacon property was acquired in 1982, and has been undergoing transformation to a full service marina. The sheltered bay, depth of water and close proximity to the Seneca River and Barge Canal provide an ideal location. There is dock space for up to 63 boats, haul out and launch facilities, mechanical repair service.The car shed previously used to load livestock feed into railroad cars, now provides covered winter storage for about 100 boats and other recreational vehicles.
Two lifts ,one 30 ton and one 50 ton,largest in the fingerlakes region.
